Reservation Information
Wüf's Concierge will guide your in your selection of the best possible services and accommodations for your pet. We take care to make sure each guest is comfortable and safe. We are excited to have your pet stay with us and want to everything we can to make sure your experience is outstanding. Cancellation policy
We understand that life happens and plans get cancelled. Although we'll be disappointed with the absence of your pet, please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation.
To avoid no-show charges, we require at least 24 hours notice for any non-holiday stay. Holidays require 5 days notice of cancellation so we can accommodate another request from our waiting list.

Daycare
All dogs arriving for daycare must be present by 9 a.m. and picked up by 7p.m. the same day. After 7p.m., remaining dogs will be admitted for boarding at the owners' expense.

Boarding (Prices in includes daycare)
Lodging accommodations at Wüf are specially designed for our client's utmost comfort. Upon reservation, we will consult with you about the most appropriate space for your dog or family of dogs. All dogs boarding at Wüf are eligible for daycare. If daycare is not requested, clients are walked three times a day. Please note all rates run on a 24-hour period. After 24-hours either daycare or a late charge will be incurred.

Spa / Grooming
Thick, fluffy towels greet Wuf spa patrons as they step out of their aromatherapy bath water. Wuf's award-winning stylists and technicians will pay special attention to each grooming and spa client. Each client's favorite pampering techniques will be kept on file, so returning Wuf clients can expect consistent exemplary treatments.
Wuf's spa menu of services offers many services unusual to canine grooming, but offering a special pampered feeling every time. Wuf's clients can take advantage of various types of facials, massages, rubs, conditioning treatments, customized baths, nail and paw treatments. All products in Wuf's spa are top quality and made from the best ingredients.

Self Bath
We invite you to get our floors wet and our tubs dirty! You can bathe your pup yourself in a professional grooming tub. We'll provide the tub, aromatherapy and designer grooming shampoos, and towels.

Culinary Delights
Treat your pup with an extra goodie while you're away. Just another snack or meal that lets your dog know that you're thinking of them. If you have a preferred meal or food, we will accommodate your request and feeding instructions.
Got a yummy recipe makes your hound drool? Please share! We're always looking to expand our menu to tempt everyone's puppy palate.

Parties and Happy Hours
Did somebody say "party"? Wüf!! Celebrate your dogs at Wüf. We will cater for any occasion, anytime. Special cakes, treats, and human goodies can be lavished on our guests for their special occasion. We'll set up games in our one of our spacious indoor playrooms or living room for guests to frolic and have a good time. Why not invite the girls for a day at the spa? A girls' night out, a bachelorette party, puppy shower, or a dog wedding all sound like great reasons to celebrate. Bring in our photographer to capture all of these special moments with your pups two and four-legged friends.

Photography
Who' the next Top Dog Model? Award-winning photographer Natalie Caudill will primp your puppy and find the perfect picture to show off your pooch's beautiful mug. Natalie can photograph in Wüf's Studio or anyplace that seems like the perfect setting for your pup. All of the photographs you see on Wüf's website are great examples of her work.
